Shipping and Returns

Orders are individually handstamped to order once full payment is received.

Please note: Orders generally take from 2-4 weeks to complete. This can be longer at peak times such as Christmas and Mother's Day.

All sales are final. If an order is cancelled by the customer prior to the commencement of stamping, a store credit will be issued.


We ship anywhere in the world.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, regardless of how many items you purchase.

Standard shipping within Australia is now FREE for all orders with no minimum spend. Standard shipping is via Australia Post Registered Post. Please allow completion time + 3-10 business days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.

Express Post within Australia is now available at a reduced rate of $10.00 via Australia Post Express Post. Please allow completion time + 2-4 business days for delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.
Please note: We are located in Country WA and are outside the Express Post network for next day delivery. Australia Post will deliver in 'fastest time possible'. Selecting Express Post will NOT rush your order completion.

International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30.00 via Australia Post Standard Airmail with tracking and signature on delivery.

Please allow completion time + 8-20 business days for delivery.

International shipments may be subject to taxes or duties imposed by your country. Knowledge of your countries policies and payment of any taxes or duties is the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns Policy

We will repair, replace or refund goods purchased if they're faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the description. 
We will NOT refund if you change your mind or make an error in your order. Please check correct spelling etc prior to ordering.

Due to the personalised nature of our items, we cannot refund if you change your mind or make an error in your order details. Please double check all spelling and details to be stamped to ensure no errors.
Authorised returns will be  issued with a store credit, replacement or if possible the problem will be corrected. Please contact us should you have any concerns.

If there is an error on our part (such as incorrect stamping or an incorrect item) returns will be permitted. In this case, you must return your unopened item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund/replacement within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
